1.1 Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights
(a) The Elle.Be.O mobile application, website interfaces, database infrastructure, booking portals, graphics, audio, user interface styling, brand marks, and underlying software code (collectively, the "Platform") are owned, operated, and controlled by Elle.Be.O Pty Ltd (ABN 11 696 711 207) ("Elle.Be.O", "we", "us", or "our").
(b) All proprietary material on the Platform is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Elle.Be.O.
(c) You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership interest, rights, or titles in the Platform or any associated brand assets by downloading, installing, registering, or booking services through the Platform.
